Episode 95 – Artist Jason Lenox & Nittany Con

It’s been mentioned many times before: Brad went to Lock Haven University, which is about 45 minutes outside of State College, PA (Home of Penn State University).  State College’s Premiere Comic Convention is Nittany Con.  Fantastic Artist & Very Nice Guy Jason Lenox joins the show to talk about the convention and his art.

Because sometimes life is too good to believe, Jarf also joins the show to talk about his favorite (and one not so favorite) scenes from Spider-Man: Homecoming.  They also share clips from the old WLHU program The Jarfketeer Show w/ Otter.

The Digressions:

  • Does anyone remember The Critic?
  • Flash Thompson was Peter Parker’s best man
  • The great Spider-Man Minute podcast
  • The wonderful Marvel artist Ken Feduniewicz
  • Hasan Minaj’s Homecoming King
  • X-Men #1 written by Chris Claremont sold over 7 million copies
  • The Nittany Con sponsors:
    • Jake’s Cards and Games
    • Isle of Comics
    • Savage Mane Beard Co
    • The Comics Vault
    • Schlow Center Region Library
  • Brad loved Robocop so much he kept watching the sequels.
