RIP Gary Shandling

Sitting in the theater waiting for Batman V Superman to begin and found out Gary Shandling passed today.

He was an influential comedian with a distinguished acting career.

From a comic book movie perspective: he was an effective secondary bad guy in Iron Man 2 and Captain America: Winter Soldier.

Very sorry to hear of his loss.

Meet The New Tick

Not long ago, Jarf and I discussed the new Tick series.  Sadly, Patrick Warburton, who played the characters in the short-lived Fox series, cannot return.  But Peter Serafinowicz, who was very funny in a few episodes from the last season of ‘Parks And Rec,’ is slated to take on the role.  I think he’ll do well.
