Fox Picture needs me and Jarf. Stat!
Fantastic Four won two (TWO!) Razzie awards last night. One for Worst Picture (a tie with Fifty Shades Of Grey, a film series I feel confident we will never discuss on Movies That Marvel) and one for Worst Director. Sad. Josh Trank was a promising talent with a bright future. Now, he might be on his way to becoming a less successful Shyamalan.

The excellent Big Red Podcast.
Anything else we can think of to distract us from the Fantastic Four movies.
The conversation went so long, it was decided to break it into two episodes. Part 2 will be available next week.

We have two (TWO!) guests for the new episode of Movies That Marvel.
Author Tim Burdick joins us from the Czech Republic to discuss the Hulk film journey.
Shawn Reynolds returns. We discuss Taylor Swift’s
1989 and Ryan Adam’s cover version of that album. Because a couple guys in their forties talking about Taylor Swift isn’t creepy at all.
Tim’s website is

Lots of Fun Stuff forthcoming from Movies That Marvel.
Finished talking with
Tim Burdick about The Hulk. Shawn Reynolds and I discuss the two versions (Taylor Swift’s original and Ryan Adam’s) of
1989. Jarf and I talk about Fixing The Fantastic Four Film Franchise. And then we talk about just about everything else (those movies are hard to talk about).
Keep an eye on this site and be sure to Subscribe on
iTunes. And it you want to Rate Us and Review Us, that won’t hurt my feelings.
Episode 3! And they said we’d never make it.
Listen to me drive to and from seeing Deadpool, the #1 Movie in America (I can’t believe it either).
Splitting up the drive is my conversation with Shawn Reynolds discussing the album Wild Stab by The I Don’t Cares, the new band comprised of Paul Westerberg and Juliana Hatfield.

On the new episode of Movies That Marvel, Brad reunites with his college radio partner Jarf to talk about:
1) Iron Man and how they loved it.
2) Robert Downey Jr and how awesome his is.
3) Jeff Bridges, who is also awesome.
4) Batman V. Superman. They’re not sure if that will be awesome.
5) How Wonder Woman deserves better.
6) Back to awesome things, Stephen Malkmus’ song The Hook.
7) The good old days at Lock Haven.
8) How JK Simmons can and will do anything, including Major Lazer
The episode runs a little long (just under an hour), but that means there is more for you to love.
